From sales who beat Sam's price and installed new wiper blades for less than Sam's price to the install techs all were very professional and courteous. Great experience. I had to wait because I only buy Micheline and they were not in stock so they had to be delivered.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ The workers were friendly and the service itself was fast once I got checked in. I only needed 2 new tires, and they got them installed quickly. My biggest complaint was the long line just to drop off my vehicle. They have multiple registers, but only 2 people were working them, which made the wait longer than it should’ve been. Overall, good service, but the check-in process could definitely be improved.

SHOUT OUT TO JOHNATHAN A These guys were absolutely amazing. I am down here on vacay alone with my two kids (husband was on a plane down). We are 7 hours away from home…. Woke up this AM with low tire pressure and a nail. Came here to have them fix it only to find out my tires weren’t worth fixing. Not only that they were CRACKING! I had no idea they were this bad… Needless to say I fell apart. But the gentleman that was helping me (Johnathan A) was the one who saved my day. Once he told me about my tires I fell apart. He didn’t hesitate, he found me some tires and fixed me up and sent me on my way. I grabbed the husband from the airport and came back and bought two tires off of him to have a matching set of 4. He didn’t have to help the way he did, but he went above and beyond. My husband and I are grateful for yalls service and how quickly yall helped me on my way. Now we are officially beach ready. If I could give 10 stars I would. 🤍

The sales rep behind the counter was excellent, he was polite, friendly and helpful. I needed to replace my front tires and he did not try to upsell me into buying 4 tires, I really appreciate that. After 3 hours the car was ready, there were couple of issues which were fixed on my next visit. The company and manager contacted me and apologized for the issues. I appreciate them for doing that and I will def go back to Discount Tire again!

Had a great experience while being assisted by Genaro "Jerry". He was very informative and knowledgeable on the questions I was asking. It was around lunch time and lobby was packed with customers. He remained professional and patient throughout the whole process. Awesome customer service skills. All the guys in the shop were moving cars in and out as quickly as possible.
